- Cashback is only available to players with loyalty level 3 and above.
- The cashback is counted from the amount of losses incurred after the fourth deposit after registration.
- Qualifying wallet currencies for cashback: USD, AUD, NZD, BTC, ETH, BCH, DOG, LTC, USDT
- Cashback will be calculated based on the amount of losses incurred during the week from Monday midnight to Sunday night 23:59 UTC (‘Promotion Period’) and will be awarded after Monday 1:00 UTC the following week.
- The loss amount is the total amount bet for the week minus the total amount won for the week.
- Losses from bonuses are not counted towards cashback. The cashback is calculated as follows:
Bonus amount = (Total bets - Total wins - Issued bonuses + Cancelled bonuses - Balance corrections) × Bonus percent / 100
*Balance corrections: For example, the amount deducted by the Casino if the winnings exceed the maximum withdrawal amount (e.g. if you won $500 from bonuses and the maximum withdrawal amount was $200, the amount we deducted when you withdrew was 500 - 200 = $300, which is 'Balance corrections' amount).
(Example) Total bet $1,000, total winnings $300, bonus $100 ($50 of which was cancelled before the wagering requirement was met), win $200 with the bonus, from which you have already withdrawn the maximum withdrawal amount of $160 (minus $40), loyalty level 5

- The total amount of cashback you receive may not exceed the maximum amount set for each level.
- The rate of cashback received shall not exceed the percentage (%) set for each level.
- Wagering requirements for cashback are 3x.
- The cash back must be activated within 3 days of claim.
