The following are definitions of terms related to promotions or bonuses available at our casino.
Real Money
The term "real money" or "cash" refers to funds transferred by the User to the Player's account at the Casino via any payment method. Once deposited, real money must be used for game play in an amount equal to the deposit amount before it can be withdrawn.
Bonus
"Bonus", "bonus money," or "bonus cash," when used as a campaign-specific term, means any funds or equivalent added to the bonus balance in the user's account. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn or refunded directly and must be used to place wagers on the Website. In some promotions, these bonus monies can be converted to cash balance in the user's account by meeting certain terms and conditions within the promotion (wagering requirements).
No Deposit Bonus
A "No Deposit Bonus" is a type of bonus offered by the casino when a player registers for the first time or during certain promotional periods. No-deposit bonuses allow players to play casino games in real-money mode without having to deposit their own money into the casino.

Wagering Contribution
"Wagering Contribution" defines what percentage of the amount bet will be applied to the wagering requirement. For example, if you bet 100 USD on a game with a 50% completion rate, 50 USD of the wagering requirement will be completed. The percentage achieved depends on the type of game.
Active Duration
The term "Active Duration" refers to the period of time during which the bonus needs to be activated. After the active duration, the bonus expires and cannot be used.
Expiration Date
The term "expiration date" refers to the period of time during which the bonus is available for use. After the expiration date, the bonus expires and cannot be used. Bonuses at this casino expire after 7 days unless otherwise stated (free spins winnings expire after 30 days).

Maximum winnings
The maximum win amount is the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to real money. This may be set for each promotion.
If you play a game with bonus money and win more than the maximum win amount, the funds in excess of the maximum win amount will be automatically deducted when the wagering requirements are met and the winnings are converted to real money.
Please note that even if you win with real money after the wagering requirements have been met and the bonus has been converted to real money, the maximum withdrawal amount of the bonus from which it originated will continue to apply as long as the original funds are from the bonus.
Maximum withdrawal amount
The maximum withdrawal amount is the maximum amount you can withdraw from your bonus winnings.

The following applies to all bonuses at the Casino unless otherwise stated.
Claiming a Bonus
In order to claim a bonus, users must use the bonus code determined for each promotion and deposit a defined minimum amount, unless otherwise stated. Bonuses at the Casino can only be claimed once per household, family, IP address, device, and/or payment method. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked. A minimum deposit of 30 USD/30 AUD/30 NZD or equivalent) is required to claim the bonus, unless otherwise stated.
How to use the Bonus Code
Click on the bonus code in the banner to copy it to your clipboard. Then, on the deposit page, paste it into the appropriate field to automatically enter the code and click ’apply'. As soon as your deposit is complete, you will receive the corresponding offer or bonus.

Bonus money activation
Bonus money is automatically activated once they have been credited to your account and you have used the bonus to play games (start digesting wagering requirements). How Bonuses work
Real money funds deposited to receive a deposit bonus will appear in the bonus balance as the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount.
On the other hand, funds deposited to receive deposit cash back and deposit free spins will appear in your real money balance.
Bonuses are automatically cancelled when the active balance goes below 0.05 USD/0.05 AUD/0.05 NZD/ 7 JPY, or equivalent.
Bonus Cancelation
Players can cancel the bonus before they start wagering in the My Bonus section in Profile.
Note that the free spins are part of the deposit bonus, so if the player cancels the deposit bonus, the free spins will not be credited to the player's account.
Winnings of No Deposit Bonus
Winnings from No Deposit Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance in the player's account.
Please note that in order to withdraw winnings from the bonus, the player must:
(1) have met the wagering requirements
(2) have made at least one successful deposit of more than 25 USD / 25 AUD / 25 NZD / 3,750 JPY (or equivalent in other currencies) per deposit or more
(3) have waged an equal amount to the deposit amount

3. Bonus Wagering Requirement
Bonus wagering requirements vary from promotion to promotion. To see the bonus wagering requirements for each promotion, click on the banner of the respective offer on the promotion page and read the respective terms and conditions.

Bonus Excluded games

How Bonus Wagering Requirement works
All bonuses can only be used for game play (wagering).
As such, you cannot request a withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been fully met. Both real money and the bonus are used simultaneously for game play.
The wagering requirement for the bonus is the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering requirement number.
If the wagering requirement is not met by the expiry date or the bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and its winnings will be forfeited.
If you cancel the bonus with a win, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited (Below is an example in USD).
For example: If you deposit 20 USD real money, receive a 100% deposit bonus of 20 USD, and then cancel the bonus when you win 100 USD before achieving the wagering requirements (your total balance is 140 USD at this point), both the bonus (20 USD) and winnings (100 USD) will be forfeited and real money (20 USD) remains in the real money balance.
If you cancel the bonus while losing, the initial bonus amount earned will be forfeited.
For example: if you deposit 20 USD real money, receive a 100% deposit bonus of 20 USD and cancel the bonus when your total balance is down to 5 USD before you have met the wagering requirements, you will forfeit the bonus (20 USD) from your balance of 5 USD and your balance will be reduced to zero.
Please note that the wagering requirements for free spins start to be fulfilled from the moment you start using your free spin winnings.
4. Bonus Abuse and Misuse
The management of the Website reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.
Casino reserve the right to exclude players from future bonuses and promotions who are found using the certain strategies such as following strategies but not limited to:
- Bonus stacking
- Multiple account strategies/proxy account strategies
- Abuse of affiliate CPA or revenue sharing
- Stashing real money in games to use bonus money first
If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable the option of using any bonuses for that account in future.
The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:
- use of stolen cards;
- chargebacks;
- creating more than one account in order to get advantage from casino promotions;
- providing incorrect registration data;
- providing of forged documents;
- any other actions which may damage the Casino;
Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.
The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
